1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Steadfast, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Steadfast is a fitness tracking iOS app that helps users log daily health metrics, track workouts, connect with accountability partners, and build consistent habits. Features include step tracking, calorie and nutrition logging, food search and barcode scanning, workout session logging (including strength training with drop sets and supersets, and cardio tracking), workout templates, progress photos, streak tracking, custom goals, countdowns, and partner activity and template sharing.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@steadfastfitness.org if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You may not create accounts for others without their consent.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload content that is offensive, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App to harass, bully, or harm other users.

5. Health Disclaimer

Steadfast is not a medical application and does not provide medical advice. The App is intended for general fitness tracking purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new fitness or diet program. We are not responsible for any injury or adverse outcome from use of the App.

6. User Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, workout data). You grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely to provide the App's features. You can delete your content at any time by going to Settings → Data → Delete Account Data or Delete Account.

7. Subscription and Payment Terms

Steadfast is currently free. If a premium tier is introduced, subscription fees will be clearly disclosed, payments processed through Apple's App Store, and subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Data → Delete Account.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steadfast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
