Reporting a problem
When emailing us, please include:
- Your username or the email you signed up with
- The iOS version and device you're using (Settings → General → About)
- The Steadfast version (Settings → About Steadfast)
- A short description of what happened and what you expected
- A screenshot if the issue is visual
Reporting another user
If a connected partner has sent inappropriate or abusive messages, you can report them directly from inside the app. Open the partner's profile or your conversation with them, tap the menu, and choose "Report User." This will compose an email to our support team with the details we need to investigate.
You can also disconnect from any partner at any time from their profile screen — this immediately stops all message and stat sharing between you.
Account, data, and deletion
You can delete your account or wipe your logged data at any time from Settings → Data. Deletion is irreversible and takes effect immediately. For account recovery or password issues, email us at the address above.
Apple Health
Steadfast reads step count, completed workouts, and body weight from Apple Health (with your permission) and never writes data back. You can revoke this access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Steadfast.
